This is a low fat recipe for the health conscious people, who are always on a look out for the yummiest things with the least amount of calories !! Yes, this is the recipe you all have been waiting for, trust me !
A cream cheese sandwich is a classic summer breakfast for the hot and humid Delhi mornings, the base of this cheese is yogurt which gives a cool and refreshing feel and instant happiness cause you have consumed something yummy with almost no calories at all 🙂 And once you read on you will realise there is hardly anything you need to do with this recipe and a dozen variations can be done to suit your liking.
Ingredients:
- Yogurt – 500 gms
- Mixed Herbs – 1 tsp
- Chilly Flakes – 1/2 tsp
- Fresh Parsley – a bunch

Method:
- You need a bowl, a strainer, muslin cloth and yogurt
- Pour the yogurt on the muslin cloth, add chopped fresh parsley, and the herbs and chilly flakes to it and tightly twist it around, put it in the strainer and place it in the bowl
- Now just refrigerate it and forget about it for 24 hours.
Just use it as a spread for breads, bagels, buns or even a hot dog !! I eat mine with some lettuce leaves and salami 🙂
